Dr. Cruz and the nurse that works with her were so nice! I felt very safe and comfortable today even though I was in a little pain. I didn’t feel rushed during my exam. That means a lot with me also being in healthcare and seeing how interactions can be at times between providers and patients. Will definitely be back.
PLEASE look into your Dr. Phillips- she is a HORRIBLE OB- I went there in 2017 and when she checked me she slammed her fingers in me as I am pregnant. I think this doctor really needs to be investigated. Too many miscarriages on her hands and not performing surgeries correct. She is horrible DO NOT GO TO HER. She caused so much trauma in my life. Thank GOODNESS my file was flagged and there has been MANY complaints against this doctor. Dr. Ramani is AMAZING. Dr, Phillips is not a good doctor or a caring one at that. She knows it as well. You don’t slam a pregnant woman’s stomach. You need to be investigated.
Dr. Haugabrook and her team are phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable and at ease when it came to deciding how I wanted to have my baby. I decided to do a c-section and when I tell you Dr. Haugabrook and her team made the whole experience beyond excellent. I can't even put into words what that has done for me. Dr. Haugabrook made sure I was comfortable the entire time, she let me know what was going on and stayed professional. My child’s birth became something enjoyable and a beautiful experience because of her.
My visit today with Dr. Haynes was terrible. Her nonchalant and careless attitude shocked me. She treated me as though I was a child! Correcting me and showing no concern for my issues. I was beyond irritated and hurt when I left the office. I came in with the expectation of connecting and getting support and help with the issues I am facing, but to only get treated not only like a child but like you can care less. I’m expressing myself to you and you are correcting me and telling me how to answer questions Who does that!!!! The write up they have on the website for her is totally in accurate. That’s not the person I met today!!! How they treat patients needs to be addressed
First pregnancy and I've had no issues coming here. Early appointments are faster less wait time, front desk staff has always been friendly same with phones people(and I've called numerous times with questions). Appointments are fast but my questions have always been answered when i ask in the room. It's healthcare people. Doctors move fast in the rooms, you should know yourself who's in your insurance network, wait times can vary depending on what issues patients have all common factors of healthcare not sure why all the bad reviews! I've decided to stay here rather than transfer somewhere closer to me. Only con is that you see a different provider each visit and whoever is on call delivers your baby not a set person 😞 but I've seen most of the providers now and feel pretty confident everything will go smoothly.
Avoid this office at all cost. My wife was referred here cause she had an abnormal Pap test. So she made an appointment for a mammogram to get that out of way. They told my ESL wife that she had a $40 co-pay on preventive care and then tried to claim looking at the test result was a separate visit. They literally told her "oh its year first abnormal we'll run it again next year" and charged her $40 for that. They do not care about serving customers they care about extracting as much money as possible.
I’m NOT alone!! Looking at the reviews this morning lets me know that I’m not alone…Dr. Roa is terrible, no empathy or sympathy for the women that visit this medical facility. If you have lost your passion for what you do then leave regroup and return. Women put their trust in this practice only to get treated as if we owe you something. Waiting 2 hrs only to be seen for 5mins is not good. The passion has definitely gone out at this facility!
Dr. Haugabrook is great. I wish she was also my primary care doctor. The nurses are pleasant too. However, the phone staff and check-in and check-out staff could be more pleasant.
